Quotes, proposals, and pricing

Quotes and proposals are based on the information supplied to us and on carrier appetite and underwriting at the time. They are not offers of insurance, they may change following underwriting review, and they may be withdrawn. Any figures shown on this website for advisory plans are indicative ranges; the amount that applies to you is confirmed in a written agreement before anything is charged.

Advisory services

Fees for ongoing advisory services are separate from insurance premium. Premium is set and billed by the carrier. Where you engage us for advisory services, the scope of those services and the amount payable are set out in a written advisory agreement, and that agreement governs the engagement. Advisory work includes reviewing insurance requirements and confirming whether a program satisfies them; it is not the practice of law, and we coordinate with your own legal counsel on contract language.

Information you provide

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Insurance pricing and, in some cases, the validity of coverage depend on it. Please do not send sensitive personal identifiers, full payment card details, or banking credentials through this website.

Payments

Premium payments are applied to the policy and account you identify. If a policy is in cancellation status, timing matters and a payment may need to be made directly to the carrier instead — contact the office before paying. Card details are not stored on this website.

Privacy

Intellectual property

Florida Premier Insurance Agency, LLC operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (813) 909-6333. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Florida Premier Insurance Agency, LLC is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
